FIRST WEEK
Contact with Yourself and Others
We will discuss how to express yourself authentically instead of hiding behind retouching, knowledge, or images. In a warm circle, we will get acquainted and set intentions.
+ Info- security techniques to clear unnecessary info & get closer to your personal starting point.
Check-up of Different Life Spheres
Many issues are ignored throughout life; discussing important questions in the club will help you see your real state comprehensively.
Tet-a-tet 1.1
Continuation of meetings (once every 2 weeks for each participant) for individual and fine-tuning of consciousness and state to your goals and objectives through love, respect, confidence, flexibility, and the strongest supports.
SECOND WEEK
Joy Instead of Fear
We will replace fears with actions and thoughts to increase confidence and a sense of security. We will step over fears, pain, and limitations, becoming freer, more confident, and happier.
Mutual Support (Bonus Meeting)
Positive and enriching communication in the group, tips for creating a supportive environment wherever you are.
Tet-a-tet 1.2
Continuation of meetings (for each participant – once every 2 weeks) for individual and fine-tuning of consciousness and state to the participant’s goals and objectives through love, respect, confidence, flexibility, and the strongest supports.
THIRD WEEK
Highlighting the Essentials
Value and vision alignment. How to adjust existing values with what we aspire to. We will prepare solutions for situations when we “step on our own toes” to avoid it.
Body and Beauty in Space
In our material side of life, we will create focus points for growth and strengthening satisfaction and joy from life. We will discuss joint activities for breathing and 10-minute dance/yoga sessions.
Tet-a-tet 2.1
Reflection meeting on how the state and goals have changed, how the pace feels, which practices you want to add/remove, choosing “weak” supports for fine-tuning and strengthening self-confidence.
FOURTH WEEK
Desires and Potential (Bonus Meeting)
We will strive to develop your desires and inner potential to achieve what you want in sustainable ways. At the same time, we will help you stay resilient in your mastery so you can confidently move forward.
Mastermind with a New Version of Ourselves
Together, we will strengthen understanding and feeling of ourselves, observe changes in our desires, and identify weak spots. We will discuss how to harmoniously remove inappropriate elements and people from life to create a more balanced and satisfying reality.
Tet-a-tet 2.2
Continuation of meetings (once every 2 weeks) where we will remove barriers to self-realization, creativity, and eliminate unnecessary elements. Everything is individualized.
Communication in Club Meeting Format Masterminds, workshops, and consultations may differ from what is presented below; the current information will be available to participants during meetings and club communications. The program is planned to be adapted to the group.
In the group, you will receive support and attention. The program master, Eva, will share her experience and practical examples of actions that help: live the life you want; explore the world by discarding the unnecessary; feel safety and love inside instead of seeking it outside; feel and accept support from within and from others; form an environment of people who are easy and enjoyable to communicate with; prepare for positive changes, and more.
